Compressed Air Receivers

Description

We are leading manufacturing Compressed Air Receivers in Greater Noida. We are manufacturing for Working Pressure upto 30 Bar in the varius capacities from 100 Ltr to 40000 Ltr.
All the Air Receivers are well designed as per IS -2825

Material of Construction

We use different materials like MS: IS-2062 / MS : SA516 Gr.70 / MS : IS 2002/SS-304 as per clients requirement for their suitable applications.

Mountings

Air Receivers are manufactured suitable for Vertical and horizontal mounting positions according to client’s requirement..

Accessories

Mandetory accessories like Safety Valves, Pressure Gauge and Manual Drain valves are being supplied with all the Air Receivers.

Testing

All the Air Receivers are Hydraulically tested for Any leakage at a pressure 50% more then design Pressure for at least 60 Miniuts. Electrical operated hydraulic pressure pump is used for this purpose.

Painting & Coating

All the Tanks are coated with enamel paint inside and out side also as per required shed. Before paint coating all the metal surface are cleaned thoroughly and coated with red oxide primer for a long life.
