Sintonik compressed air pipeline filters are designed to remove oil & dust particles completely and partial contents of moisture present in the compressed air and make it suitable for instruments & process air application.
These filters can remove the dust particles down to 0.01 micron and can reduce the oil level down to <0.003PPM.
Under standard conditions these filters are designed for the working period of more then 5000 Hrs. of continuous applications.

  1. Coarse Filters  :
  2. CCF Filter  : These course filters are used to remove the particles of 10µ and above to be used after Air Receiver and before Air dryer. A Carbon Impregnated Candle  Filter element are used to reduce the excess load of moisture, oil and dust to be entered in air dryer and other machineries.  Housing of CCF filters are manufactured with MS having large capacity of moisture sump at bottom. After CCF filter and before air Dryer a 5 µ coarse filter also can be used. These filters are used mainly to reduce the moisture & dust contents present in the compressed air.

Coalescing Fine/Micro  Filters

All these filters are made with die-cast aluminium body with powder coating and elements are made of high quality glass fibel material. Coalescing action of these filters ensures to collect  most of the contaminents present in the compressed air and provide high efficiency upto 99.99%
Different grade of Coalescing filter elements are used to get required grade of filteration application
  • Grade A  :  Coalescing filter for removal of particle down to 1 micron and oil content  down to 0.5 mg/m3.
  • Grade B :  Coalescing filter for removal of particle down to 0.1 micron and oil content  down to 0.05 mg/m3.
  • Grade C : Coalescing filter for removal of particle down to 0.01 micron and oil content  down to 0.01 mg/m3
  • Grade D : For removal of oil mist down to 0.003 mg/m3.
  • Grade S : Used for removal of bacteria present in compressed air.
